Musical Emotions
Music
- An arrangement of sounds in patterns to be sung or played on instruments. I mean, that's what the dictionary says, but what if I don't follow this definition? I mean, can Art BE DEFINED? I don't think I am the only one out of this definition. For me Music is patterns sung or played so well that they help us relieve or express ourselves or maybe sometimes set our mood? Music manipulates emotions. As for me, I have been attached to music since childhood. From the first Walkman to DVDs, CDs and now headsets and Spotify Playlists. Long journey, right?
Music.. Every kind of it really helps me cope up I mean, isn't it similar for everyone? Sad songs, Happy, Thriller, etc. It's been there for me in my ups and downs. Listening to music has many advantages for mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It helps reduce stress, anxiety, and tension by calming the mind and improving mood. Music enhances concentration and memory, making it useful during studying or creative work. It also boosts motivation and energy, especially during physical activities or daily tasks. Relaxing music can improve sleep quality and reduce fatigue, while uplifting tunes promote positivity and emotional expression. Overall, listening to music refreshes the mind, supports good health, and adds joy to everyday life.
But with a lot of perks come the cons I mean- Loud or prolonged use of earphones can damage hearing and cause headaches. Music may distract attention, especially while studying, working, or driving, reducing concentration and productivity. Spending too much time listening to music can lead to social isolation and reduced interaction with others. Certain types of music may negatively affect mood by increasing stress, aggression, or sadness. Therefore, excessive or improper listening to music can have harmful effects on health and daily activities.

Why would I interact with meanies when I can just shut them all up with melodies? Music never judges me, nor does it hate me. I could dance to it, The notes talk to me.
It's like Blablabla and All I CAN LISTEN IS,
"THE GIRLS OF MY DREAMS I AIN'T FALLIN' ASLEEP THINK BOTH of your legs gone, the way you fallin' for me
The same way that the rain falls
I ain't gon' lie, you got it all, all, all, all, all of me~"

And if talking about Music is healthy or not?
Listening to music is healthy when it supports daily life.
Music is usually a support, not a problem. It’s often a sign someone feels deeply and is trying to survive their emotions.
And for a person like me, I relate everything to something. I have songs for every stage of my life, even for the people who were the closest to me or still are the pretty humans in my life. I love connecting people with music cause I think everyone is a bit of art within them. I mean, even for a mental breakdown over an assignment, I have a song! For that perfect makeup and fit. For some heartbreak I had months ago.
Everything is A Musical.
